About CCCG
A network built by the industry, for the industry.
CCCG — the Collaborative Construction Collective Group — was founded to bring together the people who make the built environment happen. Whether you are just starting out or leading a regional business, there is a place for you here.
Our Story
Why CCCG exists
Devon and Cornwall is home to a thriving construction and property sector — from major regional contractors and developers to specialist subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and sole traders. Yet for too long, the professionals driving this industry forward have had no dedicated space to meet, share opportunities and build the relationships that make real commercial progress possible.
CCCG was founded to change that. We created a community where the right people can find each other — not through cold outreach or generic networking events, but through purposeful, curated gatherings designed specifically for the built environment.
From our launch in September 2026, CCCG has been committed to one thing: creating a network where genuine value is exchanged at every event, every breakfast, every site visit and every tender session — regardless of the size of your business or where you are in your career.
Our Mission
Connect. Collaborate. Build.
"To create the most valuable professional network in the Devon & Cornwall construction and property sector — one where members at every level find real opportunities, form lasting partnerships and shape the future of the built environment together."
Everyone brings value
From sole traders to regional directors — every member contributes something unique. We welcome professionals at all stages of their career.
Purposeful connection
Every event and introduction is designed to create genuine commercial outcomes — not just contacts. We make the right introductions at the right time.
Regional commitment
We are proudly focused on Devon & Cornwall. Local knowledge, local relationships, local impact — for everyone working in the region.
Reciprocity
The network works because members contribute as well as benefit. We build a culture of generosity, openness and collaboration.

From Exeter to Penzance, Plymouth to Padstow — CCCG covers the full breadth of the South West peninsula. Our events rotate across the region so that members from all areas, at all levels, can participate and connect with professionals on their doorstep.
